Red Gyarados has worse stats than a normal Gyarados. Scientifically proven, it kept the red colour from Magikarp, showing that it's weaker than it's blue brethren.

i dont understand how the dreamworld works, because some super rare pokemon get dream world abilities, so do you just randomly find a ho-oh in the wild or something?
