Been years since I've played a Pokemon game. I started to replay Silver and I was hit with the largest wave of nostalgia I've even felt. It was amazing.

Quick Question: I'm playing through Emerald (again) and I just beat Wattson. Problem is, I have both a Ninjask and a Shedinja on my team. Should I get rid of one for diversity, or keep both since both are good pokemon?

Got a random pack of Pokemon cards today for nostalgia. Got an Aggron. This one but in english obviously. [img]http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/1/1a/AggronTriumphant1.jpg[/img] And a week before, I got a Target Charizard Pack(1 booster plus Charmander, Chaermelon and Charizard holos). Got a Dragonite Reverse holo and a Garchomp Holo.

So a few days ago my mom was driving me up to an anime convention for the weekend. It was about a 2 hour drive, so I decided to play Pokemon Soul Silver while I waited for us to get there. I haven't beaten the game yet and I haven't had it for very long. So as I was playing, I was trying to defeat the gym leader that gives you the Basic Badge. Her Miltank would destroy me every time I fought her. So I decided it'd be a good time to go out and level up my pokemon. So I ran down to some bushes just outside of the city... Third fight I got into, I encountered a [i]shiny rattata[/i]. I was like "Holy shit no way". I've played Pokemon Sapphire like 2 or 3 times, and Pokemon Ruby once or twice. And not once did I ever come across a shiny Pokemon. Of course, I took out my weakest pokemon to slowly lower it's health and catch it. Probably the best weekend I've had in a long time. Anime convention and shiny pokemon.

Thought i was doing awesome with my collection of pokemon on Soul silver. 118!.. Then i realized that most of them were common and pretty useless.. So i am starting my quest to capture some actual good ones! I mean i do have good ones, but only about a handful. Such as gengar, machamp, lugia, chansey etc.. Oh and i just caught a dusclops
