It all depends, because it's damage is based on the percentage of health you have left.
100% - 67% health = 20 damage
67% - 34% health = 40 damage
34% - 20% health = 80 damage
20% - 9% health = 100 damage
9% - 3% health = 150 damage
3% - 0.1% health = 200 damage
so unless you want to be running around with your pokemon at dangerously low levels of health all the time I'd go with something else.
I'd go with something along the lines of Close Combat or Cross Chop, the defense reduction from Close Combat isn't to bad if you switch and 80% accuracy is tolerable.
