Actually, glitching is not the proper term. Garry is updating things involving java and ratings, so he is most likely consuming the bandwidth of the server and restarting it.

its probably faster to just EV train normally than to collect enough of the right feathers anyways

You get 1-6 base ev's per Pokemon.
So, could someone please explain what EVs and IVs are? Or perhaps link me to something that does?
