You can climb over using the fallen pillars, theres one that makes a ramp up OR go and get strength in the town with the electric gym, building just nortwest of the pokecenter.

This code will give you 649 Master Balls, and 100 Great Balls when you press L+R. Throw away the number of Master balls so that your total number of master balls equals the pokedex number of the pokemon you want. So that same with the Ultra balls, only for the level you want it at. The hold select and walk into grass/water Etc.
So if you want a Level 10 Cyndaquil, throw away 494 Master balls, and 90 ultra balls.

Can you guys not understand that it takes a while for an english patch to come out?
Consider how long this game has been out.
Then consider how long it takes to play though most of the game.
Then then consider how much sleep people have to have and their other more important daily needs.
Then then then consider how long it would take to accurately translate Japanese text into english.

Apparently the first episode of The new season is airing in a few hours.

Nah I wouldn't expect a sub for a few hours.
Think of it this way, the episode would be about 20-25 mins which leaves the guys to take notes as the episode plays and gets recorded. Then they would start to add rough subs and depending on the amount of people working on it that could take an hour. Then they gotta make sense out of it for the english audience plus any new terminology they might implement as well. Afterwards they watch it once to see if there are any mistakes and do last minute edits if any show up.
30 minutes after release? I don't think so.
