Call of Duty to get 'paid for' online services. - Games

Treyarch merging with IW would be a great idea. IW could do the multiplayer and Treyarch could be there to include a campaign that's more then 6 hours long. Of course, that would mean Activision would be making a good product instead of milking it twice as fast, so it'll never happen.

The game is fun to play online, but I would never pay to play when they could just let people host their own servers for free.

How the fuck can they compare this too Wow? I'd understand if it was like a CoD MMO, somewhat akin to WW2 Online or whatever the fuck Huxley is doing but it won't be, even then I still wouldn't pay for it. Also these payments are optional and all they do is get you 'free' dlc, skins and early beta access etc.
