I'm going to say Titan Quest because it is the best fucking RPG ever, but I'm not sure if I really did. My first character was a Brigand (hunter and assassin) and I had to use poisoned bows and run away all the time. No spells, no pets, no swords. :(

All RPGs ever, not just mmos, Fallout.

Vanilla is a silly word that means 'without addons' or whatever, so basicaly Vanilla WoW would be WoW when it first came out, without Burning Crusade and so on .
