In depth medieval game. Something like TES series but with more depth. I wonder why was rpg zombie game never done, or at least never done right? It would be as simple as making a city and have gameplay similar to gta.
A co op game where you fight giant monsters and gather materials from slain enemies to further improve your equipment... oh wait.
Geomod (Red faction: Guerilla's Destruction Engine) + Pixelux + PhysX + Old Red Faction Engine = Best Destruction Game Evar.
Mace Griffin: Bounty Hunter, but not shit. I have the most colossal hardon for seamless FPS to space flight transitions.
A co-op free roam stalker game. With fucking huge maps and things to explore. And no fucked up animations.
omg
a multiplayer space game where it's possible for something like this to happen: In other words, you and your crew must work together to not die.

zombie free roam/mmo sim coaster 2 crash bandicoot reboot
Nothing in particular right now. But a feature would be a humongous server filled not with 10's of thousands players. But millions. Probably a war game with a realistic setting. And realistic physics are also a must. Take a shovel out and dig a hole. Realistically. Wind effecting the smoke, millions of leafs water and everything else. Real mud, not just tracks. Water going around containers. Realistic penetration and bending models on everything.
"Alter Reality" Close to reality, the only thing is that you don't have to use the bathroom. Choose age you want to play in (also: future), invent stuff, build starships, destroy earth, but that's just one way to play it.
But not at the depth I'm assuming he means. Someone should get Dead Rising, remove the story, and make it a REAL survival game.
That happens after you beat the story mode.
Mirrors Edge parkour + Zombies + Borderlands weapon generator + Source physics. FUCK YEAH.
Mirrors Edge parkour + Zombies + Borderlands weapon generator + Source physics. FUCK YEAH.
That would be cool without Source's engine. I hate Source.
Freelancer pre-nerf.
2 ideas: 1) Like many have posted, a zombie survival game, but I would have it on a larger scale. a) FPS(L4D) I would start it of with just you, on your own, but then you meet up with other survivors. You have to manage other things like food and water, and you have to find a building which you can fortify. You then start to clear out entire areas, and find more survivors, but after a while it becomes top down. b) RTS(Settlers) You would have your safe zone, in which you can safely build things such as medical zones, allotments, sleeping quarters and such. You can then arm a group of citizens, and send them out to clear out areas, and then they can be declared safe, and you can expand your control until you have control of the entire county. If you send out people, they risk infection, and if they are not caught before hand, they could wipe out a portion of your population, and lose some territory. c)? Maybe total war style(RTS) You now have a selection of cities that can produce units and manage themselves. You can create troops and send out large groups, strategically taking back cities, and also destroying/befriending other 'tribes' that are rising from the ashes of the human race. You can zoom in and take control of an individual soldier of squad during both of these types of encounters. d)Civilization(TBS)) You now have an entire country, so now you focus on taking back the rules. Similar to the previous mode, except on a larger scale and turn based when viewing from overhead, controls pretty much like civilisation. You would always have the risk of an outbreak ,and if a city goes, a large area of the available map may soon have to be 'cleansed' again before it can be repopulated. This would be my dream game, even though it would most likely be completely impossible at this moment in time. I'll type up my other idea later. EDIT: Would an x-com style TF2 work?
A co-op free roam stalker game. With fucking huge maps and things to explore. Oh and those animations, I hate them.
Some sort of rts where you build a base [as in a BASE not just some buildings] with defenses, armies etc and can send your armies to go and attack the world. basically, an evil genius 2.
Shadow of the colossus climbing and stamina mechanics + monster hunter gathering, combine and weapons system - monster hunter tediousness + Metal gear Sneaking elements and weapon customization + Half-life 'story telling through environment' + Survival mechanics + Dwarf Fortress Combat intricacies (except in real-time) + Kick-ass orchestral soundtrack reminiscent of SotC There, best game ever. It would be called 'I dream of Gods' And it's fan nickname would be "iDog".
Free roam zombie survival game.
Minecraft is sort of like this, if a bit primitive and not really what you'd expect. And it's still in Alpha stage... But yes, this game would be brilliant.
Some sort of rts where you build a base [as in a BASE not just some buildings] with defenses, armies etc and can send your armies to go and attack the world. basically, an evil genius 2.
A global version of Evil Genius 2? YES! Please, please, please, this would be a brilliant game. Or anything with actual bases, not area with some buildings.
Either a free roam Mad Max-inspired game or a free roam zombie survival game. Should be developed by R*, as they are one of the few who can make kickass open-world games.

Or Bethesda, especially if were going for the post apocalypse zombie scene.
A D&D Virtual Table.
I would love a game that was somewhere in between Civilization and Total War. It would start at any point with the world as it was at that moment and the game would end somewhere in the near future. So later in the game it might be tanks vs spearmen. That would be fun.
Pretty sure it was said before but my ultimate game would be a open giant world (Or galaxy even!?) set in any timeperiod the player would like, including dinousaur age to spaceshipfuture with a Mass Effect ish universe. Then it would have the best AI ever that responds like real beings and everything would be destructable and calculated in real time. I can see myself playing the fuck out of that game destroying earth in any way possible. Or flying a spaceship and spawning a hostile pirate ship to attack us and make some epic escape and set up a distress beacon and get picked up by some AI freight ship. I'll give humanity 50 years to accomplish this.
A D&D Virtual Table.
You mean this? http://boingboing.net/2009/10/29/dd-on-multi-touch-ta.html Or an actual virtual representation of D&D, which would be all the mechanics of D&D, but you could have randomly generated content, and it was all done with very nice graphics and animations? Because that, I would like to see, and would be sure to interest people who couldn't play the tabletop version for various reasons, and would allow other D&D players to meet up and chat online. And it would be harder to cheat.
Surely, Avalanche Studios could also make a great open world game? Or Bethesda, especially if were going for the post apocalypse zombie scene.
While Just Cause 2 is entertaining it really lacks any depth and immersion. And Bethesda, just no. Zombies running diagonally, and lifeless characters with the same voice actor who did the Imperial Guards from Oblivion. Don't think so.
An Apple store simulator with realistic graphics and physics. You could go in with weapons and plant bombs and shit. You know, shoot up some fan boys. There would be a bonus Starbucks level where you have to kill the people on Macs.
A global version of Evil Genius 2? YES! Please, please, please, this would be a brilliant game. Or anything with actual bases, not area with some buildings.
I didn't think of that, but that would be AMAZING if the world map led to other people's bases!
Oh dude Evil Genius 2 would own
