Alt+Print Screen, takes only a screenshot of the current window in focus.
Or something like ShareXmod which auto uploads it to your choice of image host it involves actually installing something though so if you don't want to do that i won't hate you
AVG is like Hitler,it takes over your computer and doesn't allow you to do anything until you take a virtual chainsaw and beat the crap out of him.
Microsoft Security Essentials had to turn itself off for a major update, my laptop turned on AVG (came with it, can't uninstall it) as it's main antivirus, it claimed Adobe Flash CS6 Professional was a compressed trojan and removed major files from it, breaking the program. 400 dollars wasted
What, you can't reinstall your Adobe Flash Professional software set?
AVG is like Hitler,it takes over your computer and doesn't allow you to do anything until you take a virtual chainsaw and beat the crap out of him.
That can't be true, AVG just mistakes unknown-progammed .EXEs for Trojans. Otherwise, yes it causes false alarms sometimes
AVG is like Hitler,it takes over your computer and doesn't allow you to do anything until you take a virtual chainsaw and beat the crap out of him.
Why don't you wait till it takes over most of your computer then shoots itself?
For the most part, when I use Windows I'm fine with most popular antivirus programs as long as they're free, they work and they don't have an indefinite desktop widget thing.

I've used MSE on my school laptop for the last year, and it not even once told me that i got a virus. So yesterday, the laptop starting going REALLY slow, i wasn't able to do anything, so i downloaded Nod32, and apparently i've gotten about 8 trojans for the last year, and MSE didn't tell me anything about it, and while nod32 was searching, the entire pc just shut down, i powered it up again and the hard drive was formatted. All my school work was gone, all work for the whole year, gone. So that's why i'd never recommend MSE to anyone. It doesn't detect anything even with the latest updates, and when it do, it's just a false positive. I'd recommend Nod32, however, as i've used it for about 4 years on my stationary pc, and never had a problem with it.
Well if any recent actions happened to your computer, like you got hacked.. That could be it, but to be honest AVG has been outdated since 2010 or 2011, I use Microsoft Security Essentials and Anti-Malware bytes, so far so good...
So like AVG has detected a Trojan Horse! "AVG.exe"
One time my avast memory scanner was corrupted. It said everything was a patching botnet. Steam, botnet. NVidia update, botnet. Itself, botnet. Doing a repair fixed it but I was confused when it said I had 63 viruses in memory.
