Please tell me you're going to emulate valves unique style of using lighting and texture clues to convince you where to go, without saying it.

Also, do you know what a raven has to do with a writing desk?
Well yes the light was an idea and the colour of the props to recordnise
and the answer on that is: Because Poe wrote on both.
Well, you can draw rather well, you have a neat deal of imagination, and you have kind of decent grammar (I assume English isn't your native language), so if you come up with a decent team, you might get to something.
You have skills, so you should highlight them more so people know how much you are worth working with. Not sure you'll find many people here, most of the talented mappers and modelers are probably busy with their own projects. You should consider asking for help on other forums as well.
If you're going to make a team, make sure you can keep everyone organized. Do not recruit more people than you need. Most importantly, you should not accept someone in your team if they are "alright" or "pretty good" at mapping/modeling. Do not accept them if they don't show their previous work.
You can't believe how many teams I've seen falling apart because the "leader" was accepting everyone he found and wasn't worth shit when it came to organizing tasks.
Yes unfortunately English is not my native language.
And for your advise, I will keep it in mind when I'm making my choice, I'm also posting on FPS banana. If you have any other forums in mind, I would love to know.

Would be pretty awesome if done right.
How would you defeat that thing? I like the design of it, though it seems like it would belong later in the game than chapter 1.
Hey guys can you make me a mod i have tons of ideas so i want you to make it while i sit back and do nothing

I dont see where you get the idea that I let others do the work.
I can model and map too but I simply don't have the time to do it all alone.

Yeah I know but since the people who play this game have probably played Halflife 2 already before playing this mod I want to keep the game up pace a bit as in Ep 2 where you get a bunch of weapons in the first levels.

also the design is based on moles and caterpillars. It would fit perfectly in the mine levels.
and to defeat it well... since you stlill have the choice between fightning and puzzeling you can either blow him to shreds with your arsanal of weapons or let the roof tumble down on him.
I want to let you guys know that "we're" currently working on a prototype map. The content you keep flaming me for.
No offense, but I think you have more of a chance getting help on FPSB. The community is dedicated to that kind of work. FPSB is actually making their own mod right now.
I'm currently working om some cool visual effects for the game, like:
-the tardis effect ( a room that looks small from The outside but is huge on the inside), i'm using cubemaps.
-changing light
-day night effect
-custom skyboxes (3D and 2d)
-custom clip effects
-and much more!
Ps: my pc died recently so i 'm trying to do it on à small Linux notebook using Wine so the process is verry.
Pps: sorry for THE(<fail<) misplaced capitals etc but my iPad Does that i don't( please dont flame me About it)

Well yeah I also posted there but I only got 1 reply there
Well no not exactly
but concepts are the only thing i can putt on internet now
the rest is still in progress
or I didnt have the time to put it up yet.
It takes less than a minute to take a screenshot of a map or model, upload it, and post it.
Yet you had time to write this huge post.
Concept art seems pretty average. Lack of content is disturbing. ~ZOMG is trolling.
