Cool, my girlfriend is applying for a job doing localisation for this game. So basically my opinion of this is based on the outcome of that...
Graphics look nice, but doesn't strike me as all that different from everything else around though.
If there wasn't a subscription fee i would've bought it (like most MMOs) but because of the subscription i refuse. Also my computer needs to seriously be upgraded.

This looks pretty fucking cool.
Lancers are basically the tanks i assume, considering in the trailer posted above they were in a triangle formation with their shields out, blocking the boss's attacks.
Graphics are pretty but the gameplay is as shitty as all of the grind MMO's

No but i highly doubt gameplay will be any different from other 10001 MMO's out there.

I played it and I was actually amazed how the whole gameplay were fucking fluid and FUN.
What makes you think it'll be different?

No, It's actually quite unique.
There isn't many games that actually require aiming and movement to dodge attacks, most MMOs are just targeting something and then pressing a spell.
I had a fucking blast playing a Mystic.
The gameplay is obviously different, does that relate to grind? no. even if there was a grind you can't really say it is the same as most as not many MMOs give you the ability to evade attacks via positioning alone.
look at some videos, lancers have to block at the right time in conjunction with enemies attacks for it to work, a certain 2hander class can use their weapon to vault over enemies because there is collision.

Even if this game was a huge grindfest it probably wouldn't be very boring because it's more than just target -> spells.
