Since everyone's playing the Left 4 Dead 2 demo, I decided to fire up Left 4 Dead 1 and try out a few custom campaigns. Most of them sucked but one of them was just brilliant: Suicide Blitz. It's very well designed, almost on par with the Valve-made campaigns. There are plenty of easter eggs and a few interesting twists on common Left 4 Dead elements. Ammo and throwables are a little too far apart and my single player run clocked in at a rather lengthy 1 hour 21 minutes but otherwise I strongly recommend it.
