They look dumber than a ragdoll that got faceposed.
its still kinda cool, because if you kill an enemy, they will make some random face in pain as they die, and
when they are on the ground, their facial muscles slowly relax

ingame it's really ugly, you'll shoot them in the head like that and the preformatted decal will just appear
it looks really stupid, especially because it doesn't really vary much

Hah nice! If you ever play against your friend as the UEF and want to be a real pain in the ass, teleport your commander just outside his base (preferably in a corner) begin T2 construction assisting buildings spam, and swap out that teleporter for the tactical nuke.
Now nuke him to hell and back :P (Seriously you can spam upwards of 30-40 tactical nukes per minute this way and just piss him off)

Agreed. And it wasn't like that in SH3 from what I remember
I've been modding the shit out of the Sims 3, and I discovered awesomemod has a feature which allows you you double the effectiveness of the sliders in CAS. I subsequently found out that there was a mod for elf like pointy ears. And to top it off I found a mod which allows you to choose the breast size of your sims. So of course, I did what any sane person would do, whack all the sliders to the absolute maximum, lock the freak in the basement and get the other one to go and impregnates the entire town. So while some dude my sister created is doing this:
