Yea, I have problems with the game too.

I was attacking the convoy for the last part of the submarine school, so I engage the merchants.

I wasted a few torps on one of the escorts, because I couldn't sneak past. I killed it.

So, I sneak my way to the merchant ships and...

I hit 3 of them with 2 torps each, none of them sink, so I think "fuck it" and surface to duke it out with my deck gun. What do you know? I took out 2 escort destroyers and 3 merchant ships with my deck gun, and finished off the 3 that were just sitting there from my torp runs.

No it runs fine but there are no settings to change anything regarding graphics except your resolution.

It's buggy as fuck and I can't get past the first levels of any of the campaigns because as soon as it tries to switch levels it crashes. The framerate is also locked at 30 FPS.

The game isn't unoptimized at all, the first time I played it I got constant lag, yet every time after it worked fine.
