Modern Warfare 3.
I'm still not liking that homeless guy they picked for the box art or w/e it is.
At least this game wont have Russian Paratroopers running around with Israeli and 1950 British weapons
then it will probably end up like other games like it. you spend 30 minutes trying to find your way up a fucking mountain to get to your objective. you finally make it up only to realize that the mountain doesn't connect to the other mountain like you thought it did. or you only needed to go up there to jump off and you start back where you were.
That's why you read maps.
I will buy two of these only for the purpose of a fuck you to infinity ward

Medal of Duty - Modern Battles.
Hoping for the best.
Looks good. I think i may buy this one. Maybe they can revive the series!
Meh.. The textures don't look right. I'm gonna wait until the demo comes out. [editline]10:18PM[/editline] Doesn't look like it is worth playing. At this point anyways.

It's only a matter of time till you guys again bitch about abused series.
It's only a matter of time till you guys again bitch about abused series.
Probably Halo or something next.
Well Halo: Reach already has a guy with a skullmask, SO... Seems pretty stupid. And I liked the previous games :( [editline]08:47AM[/editline]
At least this game wont have Russian Paratroopers running around with Israeli and 1950 British weapons
Not to mention guns made in 1947 equipped with TACTICAL RAILS. They should at least use the '74 or AKM, or the AK-100 series.

Medal of Honor: Modern Assault? Lol
I hope they make this somewhat Spec-Ops-ish. Modern Warfare 2 just didn't seem as "realistic" as I would have hoped, although it was still a good game.
Oh dear Oh dear God no, no no no NO! Not you too Medal of Honor ;_;
Looks awesome, gonna wait for the demo :buddy:
I watched the premiere on the VGA awards on Spike, and It looks pretty good actually. The graphics aren't as good as Modern Warfare 2, but it's a start for the Medel of Honor games on 21st Century gaming.
I think I saw an AC-130 themed level, this does look rather cool though I must admit, not as tacticool as MW2...Though I couldn't help but think of Battlefield?
I think it looks a ton better than MW2. The engine looks more advanced.
As long as you can tactically remove limbs from downed enemies and use them as silencers, and build a bennelli rail out of hair and fingernail clippings I'm in.
I expected a crappy CoD ripoff, but this looks really good.
I agree, but you can't say that they didn't get the idea from Call Of Duty..
I agree, but you can't say that they didn't get the idea from Call Of Duty..
Yeah because BF 2 definitely couldn't have inspired them at all. Or BLACK. Or any other Modern Day shooter that came out before MW.
I hope it's PMC's in Afghanistan and not some "sooper speshul opherashuns" game. And have a bit more conventional weapons, assuming the game takes place earlier than now.

Super elite special operations under the banner of 'tier one'. I really hope the developers understand the difference between very highly trained, super elite operatives, and James Bond.

And have a bit more conventional weapons, assuming the game takes place earlier than now.
Quote from the website:
Operating directly under the National Command Authority, a relatively unknown entity of handpicked warriors are called on when the mission must not fail. They are the Tier 1 Operators. Over 2 million Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines wear the uniform. Of those, approximately 50 thousand fall under the direct control of the Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a plane of existence above and beyond even the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. Their exact numbers, while classified, hover in the low hundreds. They are living, breathing, precision instruments of war. They are experts in the application of violence. The new Medal of Honor is inspired by and has been developed with Tier 1 Operators from this elite community. Players will step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile battlefield conditions of present day Afghanistan. There is a new enemy. There is a new war. There is a new warrior. He is Tier 1.
