I personally recommend Deadly Reflex 4, not 5
If you use CLS Crafty-Bits Deadly Reflex 5 will CRASH it.
It also has alot of other errors (people abusing the dodge ability)

In vanilla oblivion, everything and everyone scales with you so that you can overcome any challenge and beat the entire game at any level without any difficulty whatsoever.
Try using a mod like OOO and tell me it's easy.
I'd like to use OOO.
But.
1. Its has some aspects which i dont like.
2. Crashes my game.
3. Is incompitable with other mods like: No physic guards. Since in OOO the guards are like superman and can see whatever i do.
I think you can disable the guards psychic abilites with OOO.

I use no psychic guards with OOO, and some other guard-changing mods. It works just fine.

(it's sarcasm, by the way. you probably have a mod that was supposed to modify the sky textures, and it got put in a bad load order.)

Read the mods requirements to see if it is something you need.
And activate them too.
Managed to force SSAO in the Nvidia control panel.
I also tried ENBSeries as an alternative, but forcing in it in the control panel proved to be much nicer and less demanding.
