Ever heard of the Band/guy who calls himself "Final Fantasy" His name is Owen Pallett, and he plays Violin and Piano, and for some reason his music really makes me think of Oblivion, in the best way possible. It was his music that actually pumped me up to go buy the game.

Try getting ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated if you don't have it. The only armor that's missing for me is the armor that Captain Renault is wearing. Her cuirass and greaves don't show up, but everything else does.

Did you try using Darnified UI? If so, that may be why. If you edited the Oblivion.ini and don't have the mod anymore, that'll cause crashes. It happened to me.

Delete the oblivion.ini file in your My Games/Oblivion folder.
Tried the same, didn't work.
Can someone link me to a music addon that adds more of the same style of music in vanilla oblivion? I can't seem to find a similar one anywhere.

If your oblivion game crashes on a FRESH install, with NO mods, there's no way to fix that, there is NOTHING that could be affecting it and making it crash, it's simply a bugged copy.

But I didn't install any mods besides what I listed there, it was meant as a clean copy.
Reinstalling a clean install without any addons, including unofficial, and see if that runs. If that doesn't then I'll wait till I reformat...

If it still does, delete the ini if you haven't already. Fixed all my problems, multiple times over.

Having a 1tb external HDD is nice to have for a laptop.

Since I've been playing FO3 a hell of a lot more than Oblivion recently, I'll take that into consideration.
I'm looking around on TesNexus and I can't find what I'm looking for. Can anyone link me to a mod that makes your character age? I got MOE and njust served a 3000 day prison sentence without looking a day older. I'd like NPCs to age to but I know that wouldn't make too much sense for certain situations. So I could do without NPCs.

I have a questions about Inner City murders. Im doing the quest for the little guy you meet behind the church who thinks everyone is spying on him. Well I confirmed all his suspicions and now I must go kill the three people. The problem is when I do so I always get called on it by the guards. It pissed me off so that I quit playing the game and now I am bout to try to get back into it ( this is why Im so lax on the name and details of the quest at hand). Now is there a easy ways to murder someone with out the guards being alerted, I really just started and am only level 3 or so. Or should I just fight my way about the city to my different targets. I also planned to kill the little creep giving me the missions, I figuered it was a good start to my career in the dark brotherhood.
I would prefer not to use mods to lower guard awareness due to no modding exsperence at all, I would prefer not to screw uo my game.

Mods are the only way to play on PC. I mean come on, mods are like adding on 5 or 6 REALLY NICE expansion packs.
