Only 1.1 has been released in english. Author ain't planning translating later versions either, and only version 1.3 adds "Night Life" to npcs, making them have sex and masturbate at night.
I made my own little translation of 1.3 with a mix of online translators and some smart vista language altering with the construction set.

That said, has any modder ever made a huge amount of generic weapons/armour that NPC also use? I'd like to see more than just 1 variety of iron/steel/whatever.

He has not received money from any western countries, thats why he won't translate anymore. How can he expect other countries to donate, when they can't even find the mod as it is tugged away deep in a russian forum?

Well, i already translated it. Was a bit tricky, as non-russian systems don't allow cyrillic letters in applications as default. Had to change some annoying language settings for Vista, and it was a massive bitch to do. And when finally russian worked in the CS, google couldn't recognize it when i pasted it. Had to search for a while until i at some point found a site that accepted it.
Not to mention most of the translated russian made absolutely no fucking sense, since most of the text are 2 or 3 words. Translators don't really like that. Ugh.
Edit: Bah, screw it. If he whines at me i'll take it down. But here it is: [url]http://www.filefront.com/14402727/FL13.rar[/url] (its the full mod with my english changes)
Keep in mind though, the translation is far from perfect. A couple texts still pop up in russian, along with the items in the mod. There is some odd bug in the scripts that don't allow the changing of some text, which means the stats popup and the hotkey selection menu ain't translated either. But from a gameplay standpoint, everything works just fine. All you need to keep in mind is that the first time you start the mod, you have to press a key, you want assigned to the hotkey!
Most of the poses are translated correctly, but on some of the ones that translated oddly, i typed in something like "Let's experiment" :P works great. I will probably make a better translation for version 2.

Yes but there is a 99% chance you'd have to make all the mods yourself. The only Xbox 360 game that modders work on is Halo 3. So you're kind of screwed.

No. The only mods that could possibly work are texture and model replacers, and for those you'd have to rip the disk to your PC, extract the appropriate BSA, decompress the BSA, replace the files individually, remake the BSA, re-burn the disk, and hope that your Xbox can read pirated media. And then cross your fingers and hope that it works with the custom content.
As far as I know, there's no way to make the game load any ESM or ESP files on the 360, because the game is not launched in the same way. There also is no way to use code insertion platforms like OBSE. There also could be many performance issues with any texture or model replacers due to the fact that the 360 can barely handle Oblivion as it is, and probably will suffer heavily with higher resolution textures and high poly models.

well, if you don't like RPG's, then give this a try on, like, a friend's Xbox or something before getting it yourself. once you commit... get it for the PC. mods are like sex. except the ones that actually have sex. those are like porn.
