Sorry for the major bump but I'm looking for a couple things. Mainly I need a good list of mods for this game. The OP has some good ones but they're a bit out of date now. Another thing I was looking forward to a while back was an FCOM OMOD or possibly a rar with just what's required.
Ugh, my CD for this game no longer works, and I haven't found a store near me that sells the GOTY edition of it.
I played Shivering Isles on the PS3, and it felt like a whole new game, so I hope I can find the GOTY version somewhere. Also, most mods require either of the two expansions, so that's another reason I need to re-buy this game.

99.5% of all mods suck horribly.
Alright I encountered the bug again.
I kept moving right, so I unplug my joystick.
Now I move incredibly slow and have the hotkey menu up. Permanently.

Have you progressed far with the bugged character?
If you haven't, then just start up a new one. You can transfer over your old face if you feel so inclined to.

Well, I love the game, but I have a "problem". I completed the main quests, 75 % of the side quests, the shivering isles and I am BARELY level 6. What the fuck?
Are you using Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul by any chance? It changes the levelling speed a very slower speed. Pretty sure you can change it to a faster speed though.

I'm with a vanilla Oblivion. And I'm playing on Easy-Medium (1/4 of the difficulty scale)
You get less experience at lower difficulties, I think.

Anyone know of a world mod that adds an entire new world into the game?
All I can remember of it was that the houses looked biological and you had to take a portal in Cheydinhal to get to it.
