Maybe your key is invalid. Try contacting support.
Hmm well my friend got the error too so I'm wondering if it's widespread. Will do though.
Has anyone who already owns SR3 been brave enough to enter the key in steam and see what happens yet?

Is Titan Quest multiplayer not working for anyone else? Me and my friend are trying to play, but I keep crashing and getting invalid CD key errors.
Is Titan Quest multiplayer not working for anyone else? Me and my friend are trying to play, but I keep crashing and getting invalid CD key errors.
It worked for me.

Is the master server even up? I remember titan quest devs went to shit a long time ago. I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled the plug on the servers as well.
what do you do if you get "invalid cd key" when trying to join a multiplayer match in titan quest?
Metro 2033... worth downloading?
Metro 2033... worth downloading?
Very.
Metro 2033... worth downloading?
No.
Metro 2033... worth downloading?
The game is okay, but it's been over-hyped more than almost any game I've played before. It's entirely linear, the guns are meh, there's invisible walls all over the outside portions, and there are rail shooting segments often.

so what if it's linear? it's a story driven game with intense action and the story is told really well, i disagree completely about the guns i feel like they're some of the most responsive guns in a game
Awesome linear story driven game, really great combat and stealth, with about one horrible protect-mission.
So I'm picking up that if I liked HL2 (great linear story-driven mission, fairly run-of-the-mill but responsive guns) I'll like Metro? If so, download started.
darksiders is pretty cool but i have no idea what's going on
So I'm picking up that if I liked HL2 (great linear story-driven mission, fairly run-of-the-mill but responsive guns) I'll like Metro? If so, download started.
Metro 2033 is good and all, but it's really short compared to other games.
You're being accused of disrupting the balance between the three forces even though it wasn't actually your fault, and now you've been stripped of your powers and sent back to Earth to find the real guy behind this and prove your innocence.
and that clears everything up
Metro... You finally feel as though you're getting past the lead-around-like-a-donkey tutorial bit and by then it's the 2nd last level of the game. Don't reveal the spoilers if you haven't played it yet. You'll probably be disheartened. Flamethrower in trailer? [sp]Expect to see it ONCE![/sp] Scary stuff that you are lead through and taught about at the start? [sp]NEVER SEE IT AGAIN![/sp] Despite this, the game is [del]pretty[/del] somewhat good.
I still don't to this day understand why people say the linearity makes a game bad. If anything, it makes it better, if the game is designed well to be linear. Normally, games with linearity are much more story-driven and much more polished, and maintaining a good pace. Obviously, open-world games do things better in their own ways, but it doesn't automatically make it better just because you can walk around freely.
Awesome linear story driven game, really great combat and stealth, with about one horrible protect-mission.
Uh, no, stealth is shit. Enemies can't detect you in the dark even if you're humping them (at least on Ranger Easy), they also don't notice when their friends drop right in front of them because of a thrown knife. Avoiding traps is too easy because they're either big or reflecting a lot of light (they really stand out), there's no challenge at all in going stealth.
The stealth is really broken and unreliable, especially in the area where the communists fight the facsists.
