Does it come with any of the two expansions?
Does it come with any of the two expansions?
don't think so, just some extra maps
But the original was crazy well balanced.
I think you're all missing his point;
A new IP can't really be overrated because it doesn't have a fan base and following. CoH coop with my roommates was some of the most fun i've ever had in a video game and i've been playing all sorts of games since 1993. Also, its single player campaign was just spectacular. You wanna what the most overrated rts is? Starcraft.
The original Starcraft was an IP. Therefore it cannot be considered overrated. Starcraft 2 however, Can Be.
Dawn of War key: 248RR-T9L8D-I5I92
[del]First to PM me can have a Titan Quest key... it's impossible to get rid of.[/del] Taken.
don't think so, just some extra maps
But it says game of the year edition...
First to PM me can have a Titan Quest key... it's impossible to get rid of.
I keep throwing gift into the internet but nothing is happening?
Remember: GOTY =/= Complete Pack

IMO CoH is overrated because AFAIK, it doesn't seem any different from other WW2 RTS games.
I kinda wish it was Space Marine instead of Dawn of War.
I activated my Dawn of War key but it's not showing up in my library. I restarted steam and even tried re-entering the key but it just says I already own it. Anyone have any ideas?
If you want super realism in your war games, get Men of War. I'm absolutely serious. Tanks are serious death-dealing bastards, and infantry are about 99% fodder.
that doesn't sound realistic
I think you're all missing his point; The original Starcraft was an IP. Therefore it cannot be considered overrated. A game is overrated if people rate it higher than what it really deserves, being a sequel or not doesn't mean shit.
But it says game of the year edition...
I just activated mine on steam. It's definitely just normal DoW with neither of the expansions.
They just added Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War.
Titan quest has also shown up. Oh wow, I remember playing that game years ago.
Titan quest has also shown up. Oh wow, I remember playing that game years ago.
Titan Quest was last week
Well, i'm not a big RTS guy, but I don't mind yet another game added onto the list. Saints Row the Third's been quite enjoyable. :v:
Warhammer 40,000 is added too? What a surprise, because I've always thought about playing Warhammer 40,000. This bundle is just making me feel so warm inside. Also..... if anyone has a Titan Quest key they don't need, they could give it to me and I'll pass it on to my sister and such...
Would anyone be willing to trade me the full above-average price bundle for a Steam copy of Payday: The Heist? Alternatively, I could get you any other Steam game(s) up to 6€. I'd buy the bundle myself, but I can't since I don't have a credit card.
I think you're all missing his point; The original Starcraft was an IP. Therefore it cannot be considered overrated. Starcraft 2 however, Can Be.
IP = intellectual property, thus Starcraft as a series is an IP. Starcraft 2 individually is not.
Damn, if they keep adding more games I'm about to have every THQ game by Christmas :v: and :(
I already had Titan Quest so here's a key for anyone that wants it. 85N0B-EF3RI-N0YYZ
IP = intellectual property, thus Starcraft as a series is an IP. Starcraft 2 individually is not.
also wrong starcraft the series is a IP so is starcraft 1 as is starcraft 2
that doesn't sound realistic
I wasn't being completely accurate to the game, there are plenty of times that infantry are a good bet over a tank and some squads are well worth using. But you can't run them out of cover when there's an MG nest or a tank or something baring down on them and expect them all to make it. Infantry die quickly, is what I was trying to get at. Tanks rip shit up, MGs demolish infantry, mortars make everyone shit themselves, etc.. In Company of Heroes, realism took a back seat to game balance and dramatic effect. So you'll have situations where a squad of US Rangers book it across an open field while under fire from an MG-42, grab light cover, toss a grenade into the nest, and maybe one or two at most die. Not realistic, but it makes them worth the cost and is just plain badass.

COH is in my opinion as realistic as it needs to be. And due to its competitiveness, balance, and design way more fun than Men of War. Bastard didn't even thank you! <3
So the first game I played from the pack (RFA) was pretty bad Is Dawn of War worth the download?
It's entirely linear, the guns are meh
half life 2 was linear and had meh guns

Removes all suppression and makes them immune to it for the duration, which is something like 10 seconds or so.
*repost for new page
It's been report as glitched or something. The codes are for the GOTY version when apparently the Gold Edition is only one on steam. So when you use the code Steam thinks you have the Gold Edition and it fucks everything up
*repost for new page
Are you looking in the right place? It's called Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, not just Dawn of War.
