God, I feel so bad for him. Seriously, imagine losing someone that was really close to you that was based on his or her decisions, whether he or she is a relative or not. It just doesn't affect the person that saw it firsthand, it affects all of us.
Notch, I hope you and your dad had some good times and I hope that even though he might be gone, he will always be a part of your memories.
At least he was able to witness his sons success and tell him how proud he was of it before things went astray.
It's hard to look on the bright side of suicide, but yeah. At least he had that.
