It's actually pretty easy.
I don't use the program either.
When I was questing, before actually just running them through instance after instance the priest would always be on follow to the Rogue, she had an assist attack binded to 1 assist heal binded to two and assist bubble binded to three.
The rogue would start with an opening blow and once I went through my energy I would switch to the priest, throw out a bubble or a heal if need be, and then attack. By that time I had enough energy on my rogue for a finishing blow.

The RAF stops at 60, so it doesn't matter. Level four characters to 60, use the two on the referred account to get another 60 from the grant a level, there you go, quick easy 60's.

make a /follow macro and put it on your bars.
Use one character most of the time, only tab back and forth to pick items up/attack and tab back for higher level mobs. It's really easy if your computer can handle 2 WoW windows at once.

Ignore the shit ui on all three, I don't setup my actual ui til 80 and the mage that I'm using isn't mine and I was told I wasn't allowed to change action bars/binds around.

i didn't have a third to run myself through, i paid 1,000g to a friend for doing 1-60. I really only had a follow macro on the druid because it's all the use it ever got.
i wish i could've ran myself through on a mage or something :(

thats what im using, its averaging 10 - 12 minutes through sm armory, but now im about to move onto cath, not looking forward to it :(

if you ever decide to raf again, i found this small write up on what instances to do until when, a lot of it is common sense, but it comes in handy

i had a dk friend running me through cath so hed run to the end, open the door and hit the last boss, and then collect as many mobs as he could. we stay back around a corner at the start to not be put into combat and within a minute or so we finished the run.
This is how to do Cath.
Run to the door and open it.
Then pull all mobs before the door and then hit the boss. This will bring every mob in the instance.
Then hide behind a pillar so the casters run close to you. Then AoE all of them down.
Easy!
