Old WotLK alpha forums went up earlier today, they're down again now but seeing 3.3 will come out next week I wouldnt be surprised if alpha popped up in the coming few weeks.

the ONLY reason i get hit by my own dots is because theyre instant cast, get addons which warn you of procs like that on your target and it saves you

Yes because if they have good ping they can spell reflect just before it goes off and it will actually reflect the spell. If they have bad ping they need to reflect early to counter act it.
