Sorry, but no.
You reach a point in Borean where if you leave Outlands at 68 where you are stuck at 70-ish, and can't pick up anymore quests until 71, actually right around where the D.H.E.T.A quest line starts. Also, you can't call anyone bad, you think enhancement shamans need str.
I left outland at 68 and didn't have ANY problem with quests.
Also, I didn't say that enh need str.
I asked if they need agi or str.
