Sons of Hodir have a fucking badass shoulder enchant for DPS classes.

Also mammoths.

But that's about it. So it's basically a toss up between the 245 shoulders or a buff for your current shoulders and the ability to purchase a mammoth.

Get the cleave glyph--> spam thundershock, cleave, shockwave for multiple mobs

Spam devastate, revenge (macro w/ heroic strike if you have the glyph), shield slam (when it procs, unless you have extra rage) for single-targets

Keep taunt and the aoe taunt on bound keys, just in case you ever need to use them

For boss fights, learn their moves beforehand.

Also, important: Do NOT use charge-- use taunt and bloodrage for rage (again, glyph for it)

You can pretty much solo your way to it but it's easier with a group who just want to do the raids for fun, not for TF. That's why I like being on an RP server, there's always people willing to do Oldschool stuff for RP gear.

Use Charge whenever you damn well like.

Going into boss fights, pop Shield Block just before Shield Slame and in between Devestate and Revenge as much as possible to proc sword and board. With the right level of block value, you'll get 10-12k Shield Slam crits.

The hell it ain't! It was best tanking weapon in game at some point in lvl70 BC, but not anymore in Wotlk, I'm pretty sure of that.

Okey so I guess I am kinda stupid for thinking that leveling in instances on my level 72 gnome mage would be a good idea.

If you are so god damn lucky that your tank has more then 11k health
you better be damn lucky if he actually know what the fuck to do.

First off my level 72 mage has about 1200-1600 dps single target
and I over aggro all the time. (and that's not that much dps)
Ice Block and Invisibility were really damn useful I tell you.

And then one of the dps swap to tanking trying to save the run and guess what?
This super awesome tank is so fucking good it doesn't matter
that there are 15-20 add alive at the time when Hadronox is pulled (2nd boss in Azjol-Nerub)

The poison that Hadronox put on the adds heal him for a certain amount
and with all those alive there is no way he can die before we do.

That's the last time I use the LFG tool until I get to level 80 :saddowns:

Bleh, I was doing Old Kingdom with this death knight, and his threat would skyrocket. He was pulling almost everything off of me. I thought maybe he was tank spec or something. I saw he was in frost presence, but the tooltip doesn't say it increases threat. Just checked wowhead, I guess it does.

yeah that's annoying, not like it's life changing content but it'd made some fun individuality.

I'm about to faction transfer again. Was horde on ravenholt EU and my friend persuaded me to change with him, I did it reluctantly but I like to stick with friends in-game. But the person who persuaded HIM is a prick and barely plays now so i'm just gonna transfer back see if I can get back into my old guild.
