@sa2fan - don't get me wrong, I love all those tracks from sc4, even the darker ones, and the ones you'd think most people wouldn't get(the weird, spacy and moody region mode songs come to mind) All of these songs are really high up on my list - it's just that some songs in sck3000 I like a microgram more.
Also Primodial dream never really stood out to me as creepy, only more grand, basic...massive beginnings, primitive.

Oh man, i still have SimCity 3000, but it does not work anymore. While installing, i get an error message saying something about missing files. :saddowns:

haha the way they slowly move creeped me out the first time I saw them.
But regarding the music, it's all done by the same person, Jerry martin(who did all of the sims 1 music, sck2, 3 and 4), so anything by him I like.

I don't know whether I love or hate Sim City 4. I'm repeatedly told that I need to build more housing for people to move into otherwise the commercial areas won't be able to develop, so I make more housing. Then people move in and complain they can't get a job :argh:

I love this game so much. Started a new city and have about 10K people right now.
i can never make a good city in sc4. i plan everything out etc, then it all just turns to shit and then i just destroy it.
Just got my sc3000 installiation working! Can't wait to play this again!

Does anyone know if the composer of the sim city music has done anything past simcity 4?? on his official website, it seems that he dropped off the face of the earth after that...it says he's working on various things at the moment, but it doesn't specifically say what.
He did some stuff for Spore, working alongside Brian Eno. Past that, I have no idea
