I wear glasses so headphones get annoying quickly.
I do too, I wear Steelseries Siberia V2's and I don't have a problem with it. :D
-snip-
speakers duct taped on my head
Speakers :( I really want a headphone but my retarded brother already broke 4 of them.
Speakers. They feel less claustrophobic and I've got a nice little subwoofer to add some awesome bass to my games. When I live alone I'm getting surround sound :swoon:
Headphones.
Headphones.
headphones
Speakers in the day and then when it gets late I use headphones to avoid disturbing anyone, or if I'm playing certain really atmospheric games (Metro 2033 for instance) I use them too.
I bought both headphones and speakers with my new computer, after using the headset for a week, I got the speakers set up and it was horrible, I put those back in the box at the speed of light.
As of late I've been mainly using my earbuds that came with an MP3 player I bought, with the volume set to 16% or so. Quality is fantastic to me.
5.1 logitech setup, no one can come from behind without me hearing it (tf2 spy)
I wear glasses so headphones get annoying quickly.
I have glasses and my headphones don't bother me at all. I use headphones so I can use my computer all night, and it sounds better.
2 Directional speakers. Headphones give me a headache and I like being able to hear what is going on around me.
Speakers, because I'm poor and can't even afford earphnes for my mp3 player.
I wear glasses so headphones get annoying quickly.
I wear glasses, and I've had no problems.
I prefer a good 5.1 system to anything, but right now I'm using 2 speakers and a sub.
Headphones. Can't go wrong with em. Great for blasting audio in games, cranking up the tunes, and watching porn without having to worry about anyone else hearing any of it.
Speakers look cool sitting at the side of your comp, but I just prefer headphones.
Headphones, unless I have a really really awesome surround sound system.
Simple two-directional speakers... But need a good set of headphones, and 5.1 speakers.
Headphones are best for gaming since you get surround sound without having to place speakers all over the place and no one else has to hear the sounds of the game. Speakers are great for splitscreen gaming etc.
Headphones, and use my Webcam for Mic. My Headphones are amazing cause they follow the bass settings, so I can basically listen to music with Insane bass, but also, low enough as to not wake anyone up. :D
I use a 2.1 speaker system. I also play Call of Duty 4, with the volume set so loud that my sister in the room next to me gets a headache :3:
Headset all the way. [editline]02:27PM[/editline] Even though I have speakers :v:.
Headphones. They're awesome when you're playing an atmospheric game. When I was playing Bad Company 2 with headphones, it felt like I was actually in the fight. Dead Space and Penumbra got even creepier with headphones on.
Headphones for several reasons: 1. Don't disturb anyone 2. Others don't disturb me (telling me to turn it down) 3. I game at night, so above x 2 4. I can hear shit better, and the direction said shit is coming from, such as footsteps of the fucker wanting to knife me in the back. [editline]03:59PM[/editline]
Headphones. headphones because my parents made me get them because when i first played cs when it came out i ran into a server with 1 person who was shouting nigger everytime i killed him and my parents grounded me cause they thought i said it :saddowns:
5.1 speakers Dat bass.
I prefer headphones but I'm currently on speakers.
