You know what. I just recreated the exact same seed and teleported. And it is NOT the same world..I'm done believing all you idiots that characters count. Clearly it is number specific. And yes, I typed it exactly as I did the first time.

Believe whatever you want. I've tested the same seed multiple times in a row, always with the same resulting world. Your spawn position is most likely variable, but the world will be exact.
The seed DOES recognize capitalization, spaces(in the phrase or before and after), and it CAN be numbers or letters.
