The starting weapons aren't even that bad. Almost at the very beginning, you can buy an SMG that is really damn good in close quarters. Later on, you just get access to stuff like shotguns and sniper rifles, but those area each very different and have both advantages and disadvantages. So basically, the weapons that you can buy in the latter levels aren't that much powerful, they only provide a different way of doing things.
Now, the weapon updates are kind of a problem right now, as those take long to get and most of them make the weapons really overpowered, but RTW already said they're going to seriously nerf the upgrades, so that they wouldn't make such a drastic difference. They also said they're planning to add these "skill only" districts, where the weapon upgrades don't do pretty much anything.

Well i was in quite a hitstorm,Being a dumbass i bought it with my 300$ i hade saved up without cheacking the requirements.Then it says Not recomended for Vista 32bit.FUCK So i go buy W7..

The rocket launcher is kind of a problem, but as far as I know, you need to be a very high level or something to get it, so you won't see many of them. Plus, the rocket launcher isn't even that great against people, only against cars.

Even the STAR you start with can be a great weapon depending on how you use it.

I had the rocket launcher in the beta. Mobility bar is at litteraly 0, you only get 2 rounds on an unupgraded one, and you can't fire it from vehicles.
It's pretty well balanced. If you use it against cars on a car delivery objective like I did, the enemy has to send people on foot to take you out, which is pretty easy if you're not careful. No big deal.
And yeah, to get it in beta you had to raise the final contact of Praetorians to 3 and that was an unupgraded, 0-slot one.
I've heard the driving physics in this is fucking terrible and that it's real easy to grief, any truth to this?

The driving physics are kinda bad, mainly because the controls are really slow and unresponsive and the vehicles also like to defy laws of physics a lot. About griefing, I haven't really seen anyone truly grief, there aren't many ways to do so. Yeah, you can take a big vehicle and just repeatedly slam into other people which might annoy them and you can also put a bunch of cars on one road, creating a roadblock, but I wouldn't call that griefing really.
Really? I heard enforcers can force PvP when they spot someone breaking the law and just plow into them with a SUV.
