Jill with Professional difficulty in Resident Evil 5 was a bitch to complete. So was the giant El Gigante or whatever it was.
Also, you lucky Europeans, getting unbeatable bosses in FFX while all we have are those special bosses in the Monster Arena.

I found that he was pretty tame compared to most bosses in Ninja Gaiden.
The first fight against mid boss in Disgaea if you didn't reach that FUCKING GEO PYRAMID IN TIME! If you didn't break both in the first turn, you were beyond fucked at the hands of that damn mage and archer.

Every single boss in the second Mario & Luigi game.
Every last one of them has a ridiculously simple strategy, but they all take as much damage as an aircraft carrier. I know there are longer boss battles out there, but when you take the fact that most bosses in Mario RPGs tend to be relatively short, it feels like you spend more time fighting bosses than doing everything else combined. It's not entertaining at all, and the boss music sucks. Worst of all was the 3-stage final boss. Same simple patterns, but even longer. I could only get through two phases before I put the game down and never came back. And to top it all off, the game itself sucked horribly. Bad story, horrible villain(s), and an unimpressive gimmick.
It's a shame. RPGs were the one genre where Mario wasn't doing the same thing over and over, but now that I've sworn off Nintendo games I have that and the equally dull Super Paper Mario to remember as my last Mario RPGs.

If you had health elixirs then he's quite easy (by NGB standards mind you), but if you don't he's a pain in the ass. Also they made him stronger in Black unless I'm mistaken.
If it wasn't for my lack of health potions for that final fight, I'd say that Alma was possibly the most irritating (second form was the worst).
Every boss in the new Prince of Persia! YOU CAN'T EVEN DIE! When you fuck up a quick time she saves you anyway and they just keep getting their health back..

The Papal States in Medieval II.
I just got done wiping Portugal and the Moors off the map (i tried being friends with them, and they went and fucked that all up).
So finally after getting into a bit of debt, and having Portugal and France start trying to take all of my cities, i fight them back, wipe out the Moors, and get a ceasefire with France. Portugal still wont stop trying to take my cities so i'm fighting with them naturally.
Then his Popeliness starting sending me some static saying "stop fighting with your Christian brothers!".
So i say fuck it, i'll wait until Portugal starts falling out of his good graces, then fuck them up.
But noooo.
They try to take my capital city.
So, i sink one of their fleets in vengeance for the act of aggression, and then i kill the invading army. Then i take their 3 cities on my old territory, leaving them with their capital and nothing else.
So the Pope flips his shit and excommunicates me, so everyone hates Spanish me now.
So i say fuck it. I wipe out the Portuguese fucks for getting me excommunicated, and then to Pope sends a billion of his Poperful armies. They're all trying to take back my cities, and i can't afford to keep fighting them.
I'm 2000 florins in debt, and he has at least 3 armies on the way into Spain.
Fuck the Pope.

That boss was so fucking stupid. First move he turned you all into zombies, second move he used "full-life" on the whole party, killing everyone immediately.
