Dead Rising It's almost like you have to play this game to get everything, so I've played numerous times. Never been bored.
I rented that goddamn game four times and I finally caved in and bought it.
Crysis. And yes I'm going to be bombarded by disagrees and boxes to put them in.
Mount and Blade.

Then again it takes like a month to technically "beat it".
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Wolfenstein 3D or Doom
Harvest Moon DS, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. Never was a fan of the original or the Gamecube one
Morrowind. Seriously that RPG has around a million different mods for it and you'll never get bored until your game crashes.
Have played Oblivion on and off for 3 and a half years, HL2, Max Payne 2 has been played 20+ times and the new Sid Meier's Pirates! is always great.

I've played through dark messiah of might and magic at least 20 times, Along with HL2 rounding about 50 times or so starting from the release day.
Mario Kart, both STALKER games, EVE(technically can't beat it), Mass Effect, HL2 and related, L4D, UT3, Garry's Mod.
Garrysmod, you fool.
Unluckily, you can't play it again, thats why you play it so long. IT NEVER ENDS
I'm listing singleplayer games, not multiplayer games.
STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Empire Earth single player
Company of Heroes single player

@OP
Bro you got some weird idea of replayability.
Still Tales of Synphonia was an amazing game. And the ending made me pretty sad (played it a few years ago). I don't see how you can play it as much as you did though.
The only games I played over and over where multiplayer games, I really never played single player games more than once simply because I don't get entertainment in knowing whats going to happen. Those games would be:
Starcraft (N64)
Perfect Dark (N64)
007 (N64)
Mario Kart (N64)
Garrys Mod (Coding)
Notice most of the games where from my first video game experiences. Now-a-days I get bored of games pretty quickly, I think it's what I like to call the Programmer's Effect. When you know how games work, they loose their magic... it's sad but opens up a whole new world (enjoyment from creation).

And I only played through it twice.

Ah, I have this weird thing of nostalgia I get from replaying a game... it feels like I'm living in the past when I replay it :P, makes me sort of depressed. Like if I played Zelda again, holy shit.
Oh, Shame, I just looked all over my house for Chibi Robo now. I guess it's at a relatives house.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
BioShock
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Heroes of might and magic.
The early ones.
