Please spoiler tag that shit, I haven't even got through ME1 yet.
Oh no worries. Their death or survival all depend on your actions during ME2.
I guess I'm the only one who really remembers Paul Jackson.
Please spoiler tag that shit, I haven't even got through ME1 yet.
They don't always die, it depends on your actions and choices for the last mission.
I actually laughed because he was so badass.
He was crawling and still he was bad-ass
As said before, MGS4. The who game made me tear up. One of the best games of all time, in my opinion.
I chose a nice useless slip of paper I could have in my pocket and look at over a million pieces of gold or my dog back. Fucking Fable II. I couldn't not do it man. A fucking slip of paper. I got some really dark shit in Heavy Rain too. Poetic, but fucking dark. If Episode Two didn't affect you you're a heartless bastard you know that? God damn you Bungie! Making me belive Master Chief was dead at the end of Halo 3! And you still haven't tied up your lose ends you bastards!
RDR [sp]I miss you John.[/sp]
I'm such a fag :saddowns:
{Spoilers incoming, kinda} BioShock 2 was just a sad game for me. Some of the more minor things made me sad, I followed "There's Something In The Sea" since the beginning, and found all Meltzer's audio diaries, and then later I found a Big Daddy with a Sister and killed it to find out that it was Meltzer, just trying to be with his daughter. . . . And then Sinclair, helping you through the entire thing and being kidnapped, forced to become an Alpha Big Daddy and you have to kill him. Through the entire battle, he's just saying, "I'm sorry, kid. . . Kill me, kill me!. . . ." Of course, Alex the great was a big moral decision for me in the game. He sent legions of enemies after me, but he only did it because he was insane. His last sane wish was to be killed after he goes insane. But, I can't blame him for his actions because he didn't control them. Kill him, and honor his wish? Not to kill him, because he didn't know what he was doing. . .? I ended up electrocuting him, filling the tank with his blood and hearing his screams. . . . And of course, that opening scene!. . . Also, said before, the good ending is really heartwarming, and the normal ending is just plain sad.
I knew as soon as I saw the zombie that Clarence was fucking around
Oh, you have no idea how batshit insane I went at Clarence after that. But I also thought, "if it's just a hallucination, then why does it hurt?"
Poor roman!!!!!!!!
Final Fantasy VI: [sp]After Kefka destroys the world and Celes attempts to commit suicide by jumping off of the cliff. Also the alternate sequence when Cid dies because your sorry ass couldn't bring him some healthy fish. Best. Final Fantasy. Ever.[/sp] Halo 3: [sp]When Sgt. Johnson gets killed by fucking Guilty Spark when he enters rampancy. The best character in the fucking series and he gets killed by Guilty Spark. Bullshit.[/sp]
Zone of the Enders
Hmm, Tassadar at the end of Starcraft? D:
Metal Gear Solid; when Grey Fox dies. "Tell her... I killed her parents" [editline]05:50PM[/editline] In fact, when anyone dies in a Metal Gear game, it's so over the top funny it's sad.
not when Naomi dies! :crying:
In the finale of The Passing in l4d2 when you find [sp]bill[/sp]
The ending of Assasin's Creed 2. The ending was so bad it was sad. I nearly cried, that's how bad it was.
I thought it was alright.
not when Naomi dies! :crying:
I always hated her. But I found it sad how Snake never told her the truth despite it being Foxes dying wish.
Metal Gear Solid (false ending) When Meryl Died :c
When your father in Fallout 3 sacrifices himself.
I guess I'm the only one who really remembers Paul Jackson.
Guess where my avatar's from In Halo 3 where [sp]Sergeant motherfucking Johnson, immune to the Flood and user of badass lines, dies at the hand of some floating blue ball who zaps him from behind.[/sp] I enjoyed lasering that fucker.
Red Dead Redemption ending. :saddowns:
Farcry 2 ending. Oh man.
Red Dead Redemption
When Bullfrog closed down, When Black Isle closed down, When Westwood closed down, When FF transitioned from a Fantasy RPG into "Build an Emo" game, When Ensemble Studios closed down. saddest moments in gaming right there!
To be honest, the only thing that has come close to the sadness of [sp]Eli's death in Episode Two[/sp] is the Red Dead Redemption Ending.
Every time I die in Doodlejump [editline]12:20PM[/editline] Oh and when I log on to WoW and realize I'm wasting my life :(
