I love Meepo's character in general. He's a guy I'd like to hang out with regularly.

He's probably considered Neutral Evil or Chaotic Neutral. He's not truly evil, but he certainly cares about his own personal gains more than anyone else.
It appears in WC3 Meepo was darker or 'of dire portent', whereas in Dota2 he's a bit humorous-looking.
