He's secret OP. He's all skill shots though, and his escape is a little tricky to get the hang of. Once you do though, he's a fucking terror, and he's nearly ungankable through proper use of mines and satchel charges.

two out of zigg's four abilities are super easy to dodge and late game his burst falls off a little bit
he's got great harass though

Flash is good because
1) It's instant, so you're very quickly at least a short distance away from the scary
2) It can't be negated by a slow like ghost
3) It's too sudden to react to or anticipate easily
4) Jumping over walls

Ziggs is very fun, personality wise and play wise
plus he's kinda good training wheels for non-targeted spells, since he has a global ult, skillshot Q, delayed W and area of effect E.

He has an incredible kit across the board, of hitting entire teams; Every single one of his abilities is a skillshot AoE. His passive is essentially a free lichbane. His ult is capable of ganking lanes in his absence, or dunking with the roar of an nuclear bomb. His range, damage and utility are all superb.

he's a lot of fun but that's all he's really got going for him
his ratios aren't that great, his escape is very unreliable, all of his skills are very easy to avoid
he'll stomp against idiots but that's it

You'll need it later when people learn how to cc and aim skillshots correctly
Before level 20 if you're in danger you can pretty much walk away and live 80% of the time

Not really? You're pretty much talking out of your ass. He's got strong ganks that require less coordination than a lot of other, more popular junglers. The only junglers that I can think of that require an asston of coordination with your team are Shyvana and Mundo.

Nautilus? He needs even less co ordination than the average jungler he's got so much cc as long as the lane you're ganking acknowledges your existance you can set up a kill easily.

I'm honestly not sure about Ziggs. I mean, he's far from bad, but he's not top tier either. I wouldn't say he's secret op, but I would say he is actually EXTREMELY underrated and very, very powerful in the hands of a skilled player, but not 'op.'

Sweet, got the reconnect bug. Apparently, if someone dodges a queue ("one or more players was inactive or declined" or whatever) then your client can get stuck.
It goes to the screen that says "Game Abandoned" and won't reconnect despite clearing the browser cache, swapping servers or restarting.
It's been 3 days since the original post of the issue on the LoL NA support forums and there hasn't been a single RIOT response even acknowledging that the issue exists. Cool.

Lulu is quite strong, but she's pretty difficult to use effectively. I feel like she could stand to have her range buffed a little bit--or at least her movement speed brought up. It just seems like I miss a lot of great opportunities because I'm too slow to keep up with the bulk of the team. Even with Mobility Boots, it's just a constant struggle to keep up with the front line, which is where she belongs, considering the short range of her abilities. Even with boots of Mobility, I'm struggling to keep up unless I blow my speed boost, but that takes polymorph off the table, which is basically her most important ability.
If not a speed buff, then at least buffing her range a bit.
