Increasing cooldowns just means less action. If you want to make the other summoners more picked, maybe they should actually make them better.
I want clairvoyance to be used more often

The presence of flash and ignite will be more powerful now since they will be used in more important and dependent situations.
What if we had some SS that had passives? Like what if Clairvoyance left a mist and any enemy who was in the mist has vision for 4 seconds ala the Hextech Sweeper passive? Or maybe they could add something new to the masteries that lets people buff their summoner spells (more than they already can) but sacrifice buffs to themselves.
Who knows, I'm just brainstorming things that sound nice.

Disabled guy plays League. He's actually pretty fucking good.
New player here.
Good game, I like it a lot. I tried DOTA and hated it to bits, but I like this
As long as I can get BotRK on SR Shyvana then it's all good

GosuPepper runs clairvoyance according to him riot plan on changing clairvoyance to make it viable again so he uses clairvoyance to get used to it again.

It used to be the #1 summoner for supports, then everyone realised that having exhaust was tons better
Riot Janook uses it sometimes on mid Lux too, abusing the sight to steal buffs with his ult and help out his team
I'm so so so SO! excited for these changes.
To keep things short with what I'm hoping for: A little more variety and craziness like when I started, and by that I mean seeing a lot of champion variety; Something that will allow for more "unconventional" supports so try interesting new things.
I love my Support champions, all of 'em, I just hope for something to allow more unusual choices that won't result in total ass.

It was the #1 because it used to last for 6 seconds, I believe, and with the final point in the Utility Tree it'd have a 46 second cooldown. So a 40 second cooldown on free vision everywhere.
Duration was reduced by 2 seconds and cooldown increased to 70
There's this guy on the LoL forums who insists that AP Bruiser Katarina is better than AP carry Katarina.
http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=2770460
She has no consistent damage that scales with AP. No real reason to do it.
What are the actual pro's and con's of each of Teemo's 3 main playstyles?
My brother, who plays Teemo frequently, rags on AD Teemo and On-Hit Teemo a lot and says you should go AP, as it provides the team with the most utility (shrooms).
Opinions?
What Jax skin is maknoon using? The one with the ulti passive being blue and small.
Repost, anyone?
I've seen Guardsman bob use it too

AD teemo is bad, On-Hit teemo is good because you're tanky and everyone will focus you for being teemo so you don't need any CC to be able to tank well, AP teemo is good because you get to steal every kill and be a huge asshole to both teams.
I play Teemo AP and AP only.

From what I've seen, Teemo offers a team very little outside of straight up damage, blinding the enemy Carry and his mushrooms. Since you can only build damage and still be squishy, or build to utilise the full potential of his mushrooms (building CDR for his Q is pretty pointless), I'd say it made sense to have 10 minute mushroom wards all over the map. Never actually tried on-hit teemo though, just my two cents.
I started up 1310 Elo Ranked Solo queue.
As soon as we join Champion Select, 4 people call ADC one after another.
Jokingly, I suggest that we go a 5 man ADC team.
You know, Graves as an ASPD Tank due to his Passive.
AP Kog'Maw Mid.
Miss Fortune normal ADC.
AP Offtank Teemo.
ADC Twitch.
Our leader locks in Graves, and we seem to be going through with this plan.
An hour later....

Anyone here got any tips on handling the dicks in league?
TL;DR: How to enjoy playing the game without being interrupted or thrown off by people being douche bags to me/my team/enemy team?
I find myself as a casual LoL player and play the game to have fun, and I really do find the game really fun, but it's that there are people left and right complaining and being a douche bag to everyone playing the same match as them.
I personally find this to be a really big issue for me to enjoy the game, which I'm sure many of you can agree on, and often find myself to hesitate to even bother
clicking the "Play" button simply because I'm too tired of people throwing insults at each other and me for dumb reasons or arguing over small mistakes that really doesn't matter.
So do anyone here have a way to negate the nuisance that these players cause to both me and my team/enemy team? I've tried just ignoring them but people constantly telling me or a teammate
"just uninstall you faggot" is hard for me to just ignore (I tend to avoid muting since even though they're being jerks, they still most of the time provide decent information to coordinate the team etc).
And being nice to the people being the "I am superior to you, and everyone else in this match" doesn't seem to work either, at least not the times I've tried to be nice.
Also having someone constantly yell at people is really making me preform a lot worse in the game as well causing me to not pay attention to things that could
easily cause the game to either win or lose in some cases and thus really making me less motivated to play the game and so on.
Press tab, mute

If they're being shitheads then they won't provide any decent information

laugh it off, tell people you have a bad game and report the raging idiot after the game
I usually don't say much until someone is a prick. I say "gj" or "nice" when something good happens, ignore people making asses of themselves, but when shit gets too crazy I usually unload on the idiot responsible.
Usually I can overpower them with sheer anger, and they usually shut up or at least curb how much of a douche they are. Its a fine system for me because I enjoy arguing. But its usually "desperate measures" because infighting in a team usually results in a loss.
Its just if they are already intentionally feeding/trolling/AFKing, the game is already lost, so you might as well let them have it.

AD is terrible until very late game, then you start killing people in just a few shots, and shrooms are basically free(but worse) wards.
On-hit is good all game and the shrooms do decent damage.
AP is amazing, spam shrooms everywhere and pick up kills with 0 effort.
I think I asked this before but don't remember: If you mute somebody do they still see your pings/you see theirs?
You can't see the muted person's pings anymore, which is why I sometimes hesitate muting people in ranked.
Pretty sure people only don't see your pings when they mute you.

Afaik they still see yours, but you can't see theirs.
Thinking about buying Irelia since shes on sale, but what about Riven. Which of the two is a better choice.

Riven's not bad, but for top-lane dominance Irelia is usually a safer pick. Also, Irelia is one of those champs that's near unstoppable if fed
Riven basically never loses to anyone ever tho.
