I always go W > E > Q and R whenever possible.
Q is mainly for mobility and passive proc rather than damage.

idk why you sound surprised ashxu is thinking that way, I barely visit the thread and even I've had the pleasure of him instantly jumping to the conclusion that I must be lying because I was matched with/was playing at the same standard as people who had a few thousand wins.
that and the numerous posts from him complaining about people not as skilled as him and queue dodging when he gets matched with people with not great histories/low amounts of wins. he's clearly too good for them.

Zed is really good, he's mainly balanced because he uses energy. That energy holds him back a lot.
