I'm really hating on these potential DFG changes. I mean, jesus christ, my precious Veigar will be destroyed by this.
Also I don't think the Ezreal nerfs really castrated him all that bad.
Edit: also, is rabadons still on tt? because that plus Wooglets witchcap, dear gawd. That's 55%+ AP.

riot removed the flat damage, it still does % dmg

the nerfs to her ulti and the dfg dont really hurt her that much, new dfg becomes better than the old one at 400 ap which you should get at one point and the halved ap ratio on her ulti isnt that bad because it was mainly dfg that did the burst
i have no idea whats the reasoning behind removing the cdr on dfg though

IMO AP Eve is way better, her ulti only scales off AP and it's that massive shield (and the other defensive bonuses AP items often give) that mean she can do something in a team fight without getting shit on instantly. That and her abilities all deal magic damage and AFAIK no AD items give magic penetration

also they removed the cdr because it used to build out of codex or something and that gave cdr and when they changed the recipe they left the cdr and that made dfg amazing because you payed less but still got just as good stats

Well, I don't know why some people say IRL friend league players always suck. I mean, holy shit, this is the second game I've played with 'em and it must be one of the best games I've ever had, that I won. It was one hour long and it ended with an insane base race.

Its the opposite for me since my normal elo is higher than theirs, playing with them makes it easy to stomp.

Pretty sure they are just bored and trying to figure out a champ to pick.
i just flip through champs so i can hear champ select quotes.
If I have several champions suited to a roll, I say "pick one" and flick through them. Also, I like to hear the quotes.
Matchmaking in this game needs to be completely scrapped and redone. I've fucking had it with being pit against geniuses while my teammates are high on chromosomes.
