Proving Grounds
I like the Elisa's Miracle changes. Xypherous is definitely headed in the right direction with support itemization

Lucky ult, pretty standard play besides that.
I love how amazing Lee Sin moves are the norm.
the new eleisa would be so op on laners who usually buy philo
and buy it on karthus with revive teleport for maximum troll

Maybe on people who get Heal, but the other two are pretty much never used by anyone but supports (or not at all.)

they'll be buffing all summoners that aren't used anymore
oh right, i keep forgetting about the future
guess it's too early to make predictions. i'd love to see everyone in a game using a mixture of all summoner spells

I wonder how they could change revive to actually make it viable to take.
I'm thinking change it to act like Zileans' ult - you use it and then if you take lethal damage within that time you get revived on the spot. Of course unlike Zileans ult you can only use it on yourself.

Reducing the cooldown is about all they can really do.
A walking self-revive is kind of ridiculous, and it's already super-niche with Zilean. If what you're saying is true, have fun dealing with a Tryndamere that can instantly revive himself, then wait for his health to get low, then use his ultimate. Or Anivia, or Zilean, or anyone.
It's a nightmare.
Fuck it, not playing support anymore. It is so damn frustrating knowing there's nothing you can do when your team is blowing chunks.

And I still don't get why they fuckin' thought 300 base move speed on a champion as squishy (and with such a short range) as Lulu was a good idea. Having a good position with her is just luck. You'll never make it where you need to be in time to cast the clinch ult or polymorph. Her abilities require her to be standing directly in the middle of the teamfight to have any sort of impact, and there she dies immediately, because she's too slow and squishy to accomplish anything. She needs a serious flippin' buff to her movement speed.

This goes for almost every champion/role.
This goes for almost every champion/role.
Except that other roles are capable of carrying. As a support, I am 100% reliant on my team to get their heads out of their butts!

Take a break from playing the role for a little, give yourself a breather. Then duo-queue with a pal you know is a decent player when you want to try the role again.
I think Katarina is still one of the most facerolly champions in the game. It's stupidly easy to begin her snowball, and once she's started she can't be stopped.
Try to pick up Singed (again?)
If you know how to farm, your win % goes up quite alot if you're Singed.
op
why wont the season fucking end this is ridiculous
the price might be low, but i think i rather keep the GP5 effect then have this upgrade 95% of the time.
just build it philo early and upgrade to eleisa's when you're 15
Buy two Philo Stones, upgrade one to Miracle, done.
philo's gp10 is unique, so just straight up buy eleisa's

also has a 9 minute cooldown
also Guardian Angel
maybe not a full revive, just half of one like GAs or Zileans

Can't be stopped except for when you have a stun or a silence.
Just bought Cassiopei, not used to Q being smartcast by default and E not being. Ahh
Part of me wants them to change Nasus' Q to something that doesn't require him to AFK farm. Of course, this is the same part of me that wants to play him support and be the biggest dick in the world with his W

Even still, you'd run into the problem of stacking Revive & GA and likely having a Zilean on the team. If it were to operate that way with, say, a tower dive early on? It'd be one of the most infuriating things in the game, and those early kills do make a big difference.
