Does anyone know by chance when this new update comes out? Got my RP ready for that new Lulu skin.
650 boots + zeal with runes/masteries wouldnt solve the pace issue?
Who's going to buy zeal and movement speed quints on a support champion, though? At least with the current system, not having GP10's on your support really badly limits your ability to buy enough wards.
BotRK and Wicked Hatchet in SR now [editline]8th November 2012[/editline] http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=31199368#post31199368
me again, just get boots as your starting item, not that big of a deal
That's what I'm saying! It seems a bit borked to me that you have to buy boots 5 and waste a support item slot just to give her enough movement speed to keep up with the group!
SO my friend convinced me to get the game, and I am downloading right now. How big is the learning curve in this game? like will i get fucked in the first game i go in because i dont know what im doing?
Play the tutorial and stick with co-op vs AI for the first few games
Play the tutorial and stick with co-op vs AI for the first few games
Fuck that, draft solo. Grief them fuckers to hell and back.

Went 6-2-14 in my first PvP match, felt fucking great.
Yeah, maybe. Guess I ought play around with my build a bit, see if its worth sacrificing an Aegis or something for the extra move speed. Since Lulu can't stand up to the pressure, maybe its not worth building the tank, and I should just focus on maximum slipperiness. [editline]8th November 2012[/editline] Ash, what's your buy order when you're playing Lulu?
Come play with me. I'll carry you, hun.
carry me? o;
BDA, I think you might just be getting used to Lulu. You played a SHIT-TON of Janna, no? And she's basically a sports car, while Lulu is... I dunno, maybe like a bicycle with a ton of different horns and lights and stuff on it. I think once you adjust to her playstyle and get used to her strategy a bit more, you'll be fine. I'm not saying that she's not UP, just that perhaps you just need to get used to her a bit more. edit: Also, YESS, BotRK on SR. Warwick will rise.
Man, I forgot how much of a bitch Garen is at the beginning of the game.

Especially if you have a friend to help you learn how to play.

You're going to learn a lot while you fuck up for an entire month. I started playing at level 1 with a couple level 30 friends, and I don't think I got a kill for at least 5 games. I'll save you most of the trouble, though: Try not to damage enemy minions until their health is low enough that you can get the last hit in. To this end, you should be running back and forth constantly. Play the cheap champions that cost 450 IP in store. They are all designed to be (mostly) easy to learn. After you play one or two dozen games, spectate one of the matches on the front page of the launcher. You will probably immediately see a million things you've been doing wrong all along.

It took me 3 battles to pull my head out of my ass and start getting kills/doing good support stuff.
damn maokai is beast yeah, support/tank junglers are the way to go for sure. Screw bruisers, they're way too squishy.
damn maokai is beast yeah, support/tank junglers are the way to go for sure. Screw bruisers, they're way too squishy.
season 3 is basically centered around making tanks worse at jungling enjoy it while it lasts
I just remembered that I enjoyed Caitlyn

Starting to get the hang of Kha'Zix in teamfights. Lovin' this champ.
Yeah, I'll often just drop the 290 RP for a Sunday or something, and spend five or six hours playing League and generally being a giant piece of shit. I can make six or seven thousand IP easy from a day like that. Much better than using RP for a champion, in my opinion! Especially considering that you get the IP boost on losses, too, making it doubly more awesome than the Per-Win boosts.
I usually buy one of the champs on sale every week, €2,5 isn't much. After a while there won't be much 6300's left and I might find a nice champ that I like a lot.
