need better random teams that aren't full of tards
You're only level 13, people are still learning at that level.
From that preseason jungle post:
"Jungle monsters now attack the nearest target rather than attempting to chase their original attacker to make their behavior more consistent"
R.I.P leashing?
There's a Q/A afterwards, it says that Leashing is done for, though good teammates will stick around to pour damage onto whatever.
You're only level 13, people are still learning at that level.
I've already learned. Where's the option for beginners/advanced when you queue? Oh wait there isn't one because the system is broken to hell.

it puts you with people with the same win/loss ratio as you
since you've only played under a hundred games its still volatile, once you reach level 30 it should balance out.
Which imo is a terrible system. Oh you're having a bad time because you're being put in with people that have no clue what they're doing? Just play 150 games with it, you'll grow out of it.

It's almost as though the bad time you were having is because you don't know how to win
If you get that fed on Rengar the game should be over within 20 minutes, the enemy is going to be just as bad as your teammates and carrying in those levels is extremely easy, just cause you have kills it doesn't make you better than everyone else especially when it's on rengar which a lot of lvl 30's also have a pretty hard time dealing with
I didn't get fed until post lane phase. At least 25 of those kills were from them pushing our inner turrets. By then we were trapped, I escaped a couple times and got some of their towers at the cost of my ult, but in the end it didn't matter.
Can I see somewhere how many matches I have played? Match history is only 10 slots long and I'd like to know my win-loss ratio
How to top shyvongo?
Exhuast Ignite
Boots 3 or Cloth 5 depending on who you're facing
WEQ by level 3, max according to W>E>Q as well
Try to pick fights early, initiate with E
If they try to fight you at level 1, or if you can get close enough, press W and fuck their shit up
Getting all ticks of W does 175 (1.4 bonus AD) damage, which is even stronger than Lee Sin's and Riven's level 1
Don't use W to farm early game, use it to fight and escape
Mid game use it to farm/clear the wave and go roam or counterjungle
If they're dumb enough to initiate on you at about the same health and everything is off cd, mash your keyboard and you'll win 90% of the time

YES PLZ.
This is exactly what supports needed, seems like a HoG replacement.
Hell this might even be useful in other lanes.
Xypherous is really doing a great job so far with the items.
Oh god Riot take more of my money. Just came in my pants.

that ward item will either not be added or will be heavily tweaked me thinks. the cost of the item is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar less than the free wards you can get from it
i thought 1 was good on veigar?
if you enjoy dying in one shot but doing 3k damage to their anivia with one spell then yes

that's kinda how you're supposed to play veigar, no?
Most ADC's movement speed with their equipment is substantially higher than Lulu's with her speed buff applied, and if you blow your speed buff just to try to keep up with the carry, then you're essentially wasting your most powerful supportive ability by taking away your ability to polymorph the enemy. I think a pretty important staple to any champion whose intended purpose is to act in a support role is to be able to keep up with their carry. Even with Mobility Boots, you're going to be lagging behind a lot.
As it stands, Lulu has great potential if she's lucky enough to be appropriately situated when a fight breaks out. She's excellent in an ambush scenario, and has strong defensive capabilities. However, she's just too dang slow to be viable in any other situation. She's a terrible chaser, she's easily caught, she's instagibbed under any kind of pressure, and she's bad at roaming gameplay.
She needs a movement speed buff to be brought in line with the other supports, in my opinion! This is just my initial impression from playing her the past few days.
Dude no
Your Q basically snares at max rank. Using your W to get in range for an E and Q combo is just as strong. Your W is for disengaging from a single enemy such as an ulting alistar who just flashed in or a fed jax ripping apart your carry. You use your W on your allies as a powerful kiting tool, your ult as a heal or on a tank for an op engage. I'd say polymorph is the least versatile of her spells.
Riot:
Sejuani's an interesting case because like many of the tank junglers her early clear is very painful. At the same time, she scales surprisingly well with items and so she's proven to be powerful if she can navigate through her early game troubles. Will make tweaks where they are needed.
Are we even playing the same game.

Post-Rock and mellow stuff for the most part.

Maybe I've been going at her the wrong way. What order do you level her abilities in? I was told you were supposed to level E first to maximize your shield/poke abilities, followed by W for the highest polymorph duration, and saving Q for last?

That's how I level her when I play. E first for shield/poke as you said, then either W if we need more hard cc, otherwise I max Q second. E > W > Q seems to be a safe bet regardless, but you'll be lacking in damage.
