Shens good if you get items. I personally rush Ionic spark, then sometimes aegis or some other tanky item.

I mean obviously I didn't help any, I lost my lane due to me being bad and being a first time Elise, but it didn't help that Yi tower dove Akali constantly and put her way ahead. Only get Ionic Spark if you're way ahead and already have a Wits End.

Yes but there's no reason to get an Ionic Spark if you don't have the 40% AS bonus magic damage from Wits End already. Just because you "like it" doesn't make it good.
I just said i like he extra health and minion clear. Ionic spark even helps kill champions.
Ionic sparks helps his pushing much more than wits end, and as a shen you need to push unless you want the enemy top laner to take tower as soon as you ult
Yep. Also sometimes I won't even buy wits end, I don't need to focus on getting damage, I like to get tanky, split push, then ulti to team if there's a fight somewhere. A lot of times I'll just get super tanky, like warmogs, ageis, sunfire cape, atmas, etc... And if theres strong AP then I'd rather take the gold from wits end and put it towards FoN or something.
Attack Speed Cho, so far: 5/1/6 4/8/7 (ouch!) 10/5/11 I don't think he's as good as a more traditional AP Tank Cho'Gath, but he [I]does[/I] kick a lot more ass in 1v1 situations, and his overall damage output is much higher. Though he dies pretty quickly if focused. What items would maximize his DPS? Right now I go Phantom Dancer, Wit's End, Malady, a Guinsoo's Rageblade, and a tank item (usually frozen heart) and boots. I feel like I could be doing better, though. He does eat up Gangplank, though! He gave me trouble as AP Cho. I wonder if AS would better against Irelia, too? HmmMMMmmm.

And if theres strong AP then I'd rather take the gold from wits end and put it towards FoN or something.[/QUOTE] Wits is still pretty good on shen, having very high AS gives shen surprisingly good burst with his W up since you proc the passive damage every 2 seconds which gives shen more better burst then you'd think, I sometimes take it over ionic if I decide to rush sunfire and I feel like I'll benefit more from the AP resistance but I'd say 8 or 9/10 times I take ionic first.
Wits end, Malady, and Madreds should be all you need for attack speed. Get those + GA + Frozen heart/FoN or another offensive item + boots and you take damage like a boss and dish out damage like a boss @ BDA If you want to practice lane matchups as AS cho sometime hit me up, i've been experimenting with it too

Me and my friend were discussing this today, ap cho is SO good. Rupture, Silence, then Feast and your dead, 4k hp just like that.
