no, it really won't
it gives attack speed. That's it.
PD gives crit chance and movespeed. against a single target, it is superior, and it will probably be 800 gold or so cheaper. ANY adc with IE+PD WILL BEAT any AD with IE Hurricane. ALWAYS. The bolts don't magically double your damage, it doesn't work like that. Its utility is HIGHLY situational, and far from a second buy.
because no, you definitely will not want it more than any other item because it's inviting you to get crushed by bruisers with a base movespeed of 15 higher than you, which PD makes up for, and ADC's that can make use of the crit chance.
Take sivir. The fuck does she get from this? Nothing! She will shit over anybody who gets this item.
Graves? Nothing! Vayne? Nothing! Pretty much ashe and kog, maybe nid if she works with it.
It's not a shotgun, the bolts AFAIK can't hit the main target.

in unrelated news, I lost my second placement match because of an AFK garen top allowing irelia to free farm, who could bring me down to half health since I was levels below her as a jungler so I couldn't do shit about it
and I lost my third match because of an idiot who decided to feed and pick vlad top against jax, who went 4/0 in the first 15 minutes thanks to him

The visual remake for her is pretty good but.. I think it doesn't quite fit with all the other new models. The proportions are more cartoony in comparisson to models like Twisted Fate's, Jayce's or even Elise's.
I thought that they were trying to make a more stable and less cartoony visual for LoL.
I think its fine. I don't think Nidalee would really look like Nidalee with correct proportions.
On the subject on Nidalee, what do I do in teamfights with her if I go tanky AD? I don't feel like I'm doing anything at all.

Play a midlane champ that uses energy, or that's manaless. since your issue with mid is not getting blue, play champs that don't NEED blue.

I still haven't really lost a mid with Syndra, dunno why people are saying she's terrible in teamfights and stuff too, I have no problems stunning 2-3 people and slowing their team from a safe distance. Her Scatter the Weak stun has such a long range, and is easy to aim in extended poke trades.
she's a lot better now, she used to be awful
The only real problem with her is that her nuke takes a bit to set up and rarely works well in teamfights.
I love when I lose but still feel good. Because I usually don't.

I unfortunately only own Kennen (and Lee Sin if that's even viable around 1200 without being bitched at). Also most of the time I don't even get mid without getting in a bitch fight about pick order and that I'm going mid. I know I sound angry, this game is just finally getting to me.

I don't feel this is really true, the most I play Singed the worse my games seem to turn out.
He use to be my main, I loved playing him but the further I got into level 30 games, the less and less effective he was I felt. As long as you don't try to chase him and cut corners, you don't get hit by the poison that much (plus mr + health reduce your poison damage to almost nothing unless you're building straight AP for some reason).
Late game I feel that I'm just soaking damage and not much else. The long CD on his E and W make it hard to really do anything after you use em (especially in team fights) mostly you just run around with your poison up at that point (and your ult if it's up).
