Enemy Tristana gets fed to 10/2 early game. Disconnects for mid game and comes back 10 minutes later
During that time, our Karthus was shit talking all game + he afks so it's "fair". I tell the enemy to report Karthus for afking and:

When I saw this in the LoL GD, I thought it was a fan made sneak peak since the first thing I thought of when I saw the name "Nami" was One Piece.

well Morello specifically mentions an offensive setup, which might mean she could be a mid who can at least hold her own. IDK though without seeing the actual abilities it's all just speculation

A combination of defense AND offense. Probably a Skill shot for engagements, some CC thrown in and a heal. I have no clue what her ultimate could be though.
The 1st thought of Nami was "Oh, cool fanart of Naga Siren."
Then I found out where it's from.
Not gonna point fingers at anything, since Mermaids are quite open concept.

You know what would be cool for a passive, though probably won't happen for obvious reasons? Increased movement speed when moving through the river. Would be really nice to have a super-mobile support.
