I don't know about that. We'll have to see the price.
The Crystal Flask can replenish 300HP + 120MP which is about 105g in potions
edit: It's 225 gold. So it breaks even at about 6-7 charges.
imo not really worth it unless you're getting hammered in lane since potions aren't as useful mid-late game.
