The item doesn't give you that much stats, not to mention it costs 3k.
Getting it early/mid would be foolish.

Yeah, once you get a handle on all the new items you'll be fine.
The biggest change is that builds aren't strictly cookie-cutter builds anymore (though I'm sure champions will have their own standard build) but at least all AD carries won't build the exact same anymore

Don't get your hopes up, ad carry builds are still probably going to be mainly IE-PD-BT-LW, the build is focused on maximum single target damage and if that's what people want to do then that's what they will buy
You might see some more variety in secondary items though, where you would normally buy a bt or something you might instead see a SotD or muramana or something

Also I saw salce go ap mid rammus the other day, it seemed to work p well for him so I tried it myself and went 22/8/22 and carried the shit out of my team, the only ap items I bought were Athenes and Zhonyas, other items were just thornmail sorc shoes and sunfire cape cause the enemy fiora was fed as all heck and taunt destroyed her with my defensive ball curl and all that magic penetration

They said they've been really busy focusing on s3 and Viktor just isn't ready yet. Those augment changes somehow got mixed in with the pbe patch notes when they weren't supposed to. They were the test changes that were overbuffed for test purposes.

Haven't gotten a single honor yet, even when I was very nice to people and such, and people even thanked me or I helped them or whatever.
I only see talk about honor when the enemy wins, and I'm in the lobby, or when somebody does something funny in-game.

OHMYFUCKING GOD. just got told that botlane "Handled" Vayne. who proceeded to carry the enemy team to victory because she got fucking fed as shit off of a triple kill. the same botlane who handled her got a grand total of 2 kills in the whole game. one of which were on Vayne. and when I went in for a lane gank, through the bush, they just fucking sat there farming instead of getting aggressive. this was a Graves/Naut lane. the most Aggressive lane I can think of, and they fucking threw it out the window to farm passively while blaming others for their mistakes. such as
"OH IF YOU WOULD HAVE GANKED BOT."
"Fucking Kha fed the shit out of Vayne" (I had 6 deaths. 3 of which were vayne, AFTER She was fed. the rest were Lee Sin and Nocturne)
