Lots of IP that's probably slightly cheaper than buying RP? On top of that you start at level 30 for masteries.

guys guys i have confession to make i was playing with my silver ELO friend and we were dicking around on 3v3 bots and we lost mostly because our one random picked darius and sucked hardcore at building against veigar.

there is literally no reason to lose against bots, they don't react to attacks properly, and if you deal even a little bit of damage to them they will usually run away and take damage up the ass for no real reason

It's harder because of a lack of masteries and rune pages, so you have to play more "safe" junglers. But generally someone like Warwick, who post-30 is an atrocious jungler, is a solid pick pre-30.

Just practice typing the phrase "It's not my fault you lost your lane" in advance.

Darius now decimates the jungle clear speed because of how well his passive stacks with the Machete.

I want to try LoL. Is it worth a new player attempting to play the game or should I just not bother at this point in the game's lifetime because the metagame is convoluted and mandatory?

You know, even fresh lvl30s don't know what the meta is unless they have more experienced friends who tell them about it. I know about 5 people who are either fresh lvl30s or in the 20s and they just make sure they have one AP/AD/Tank on the team.

i started playing months after my friends did and none of them played support until i insisted that its better than 2 random champions bot, they also jungled seldomly so yeah expereience isnt everything

I didn't even know LoL had a professional community until like I restarted last Christmas but before then I only played that the entire summer of Season 1 until I got my own computer and learned myself.
