My friend (who is actually good at lol and I consider him as a sort of mentor) really likes the way viktor functions and he enjoys playing him from time to time. He theorized the following: why not let viktor passive be an option rather than mandatory? It would allow new builds and routes to be taken with Vik while still allowing for the old Hex upgrades.
What are your opinions?

Also did TF join the cast of Baywatch, I don't get why he has to run in slow motion. Edit: It feels like the running animation was designed to be used with 21/0/9 movespeed masteries and movespeed quints, without any of that it feels like you're moving in slow motion (Unless my animation was just bugged or something)

I do a lot of superman leashes instead of trying any other kind because I have a tendency to accidentally steal the blue buff. It's especially annoying when I'm the adc on purple team. I try to help out, as say Draven or something, but I accidentally crit. Then as I'm walking back to lane, the jungler fails to kill the golem with their smite and my passive gives me the blue.
Either that, or I fail the leash anyway and end up going to lane with half my health gone, typing "Don't worry, guys, health is for pansies!!".

Yeah, Riot really needs to change it to be like Rengar's item: optional. Then you can either grab them only when you're ahead, or you can sell them late game to get a full item build. As far as I can tell, he's only bad late game because of that item slot being taken over.

Also, sorry guys, but you can't convince me TF's remake isn't one of the best animation jobs Riot has done. He's so great. Whenever he stops he's just like, "Whoa there pardner," and then his cape goes swish. And whenever he stuns you as Graves he says stuff!

Yeah, refunding is silly. You only have 3 tokens that you can NEVER GET MORE OF, and besides, as long as you don't stop playing the game it's IMPOSSIBLE that you'll NOT have all of the champions, eventually. I'd only considering refunding something if I desperately needed the IP/RP for something really cool/limited.

AP Panth doesn't seem as far down on the list of unconventional APs as some other people, if you think about it. His W has a 1:1 AP ratio on top of being a gapcloser, and his ultimate will do a shitton of damage if it lands, at least.
Still far from viable, but I like to think about odd build choices.
