Not going to buy it if he is. Good skin but I don't even play Brand. I just want a skin for a keepsake.
It's kinda obvious, it's the most efforted skin in the entire set. However, on the forums, they label it as "Harrowing" skin and nothing else. It's still possible it'll be 975.

Any recommendations on a 6300 champ, I'm on my way to saving in IP for one. Champs I played mostly are Riven, Leona, Kayle, Jayce and Orianna. I've been thinking about Cassiopeia, Shyvana and Fiora. Also I don't know if I should just save up for Elise because she seems pretty cool.
Any suggestions or recommendations?

New Vlad splash is horrific, look at his torso. How is he even standing?! Kass looks good though, conveys his playstyle well.

I've seen thinner people standing perfectly fine
He's also making blood flow around the air and making an orb of blood levitate above his hands, so you can probably assume that whatever lets him do that could probably let him stand up too

Most of the reasons I hear is because of how fucking hard it is to gank her with her spell shield and her dark binding. All that utility is really handy but somehow doesn't interfere with her ability to do damage at all, considering she has more than a 1.9 ratio effectively if you land your q and then drop a tormented soil below it. That and her ult can hit for another 1.4 ratio nuke if you land it properly.

ive played support twice, dont play it if you wanna win, dont rely on your team to carry.

bears not really the concern from what i've seen - use it to catch multiple enemies in a stun

Ryze is a very solid caster, he can build tanky and not suffer for it, in a similar vein I'd recommend saving 4800 ip for Swain.

What do you mean easy to deal with? It's an AOE with no telegraphing whatsoever... do you mean like it just doesn't hurt? Because while a 0.7 ratio isn't the most painful thing if you proc her passive on it you can potentially stun the entire enemy team and do a pretty decent amount of damage to all of them.
Landing her whole combo with 800 AP will do 2695 damage before reductions (some of that being AOE and will hopefully hit more than one person) and she's got a lot more survivability than other AP carries with +60 MR/Armor.
I think people are too often quick to jump on the "this champ awful" or "this champ way too good" bandwagons, most champions have something that they're strong at.

A lot of champions can do similar bursts with longer range and more survivability.
I often play Viktor mid, and on top of his zoning ability vs. squishy APs, he has an AoE stun with a 15 second cooldown that doesn't need to be part of a combo.
I guess it all depends on your perspective. Annie can certainly be a bitch, but I'd rather face her than a lot of other mids.
