I won 4 straight, lost 10 straight, and now I'm at one more loss than win or one more win than loss, can't remember.
At least I can somewhat see how good I am at this game. Surprised I'm still hovering at around 1200 and not lower.

Why? I've started playing ranked and every single game (6 so far) has been a loss. I've been ADC in most except for one. I've won my lane with my support every game (with hardly any deaths and multiple kills under my belt), then my team goes and feeds top and mid and we lose because of a super fed Garen, Lee Sin, etc.
Then one game when I played top Jax at level one my jungle nunu tower dives Garen and I back off (was going to die). Then Nunu yells at me for losing first blood and not getting a kill on Garen. Because a 2-1 Garen with first blood is so much better than 1-0 Garen. Now I'm further into Elo hell and I'm hating this every second more. >.>

You can moan at your team. But that wont change anything.
Who cares if they go 0/9, it's all about what YOU did and how YOU can improve, if you just focus on how bad your team played compared to you, you're gonna stay in "elo hell"

If you don't completely dominate your lane while the other lanes feed you aren't going to win bottom lane.
If you are mid and win you can gank other lanes and stop the other lanes from feeding.
Kinda the same with top, unless you do really well you can't carry if both the other lanes are feeding hard.
Riot should really just take away surrender privileges for some people...
I feel completely safe top lane even if I do get countered, etc. The only thing I need to worry about death wise is if I get dived and if I have a terrible jungle who doesn't gank at all.

like really the inhibitors are more important than ANY turrets because there's no team that can hold back 11 champions of HP and resists, at the bare minimum
I at least think nexus turrets need a huge buff, they should one shot all non-super minions

Gragas basically throws Janna into a group of enemies and does crazy damage while he's at it
